It may be soggy, but a rain-soaked Celtic Manor has given Ryder Cup golfers to get out a range of top-level golf equipment and clothing over the first weekend in October. Running into Monday play for the first time in its history, because of heavy rain that has stopped play several times, players, caddies, staff and spectators have all had to get out their raincoats, sturdy footwear and headgear to keep warm and dry.
